Pencil Sketching

Last night I was sketching more and developed a sad girl with her head on a pillow from my imagination.  I am trying to explore more story telling and get more in touch with my own feelings. 


I also worked on another little whimsy face in my sketchbook.  I was practising my shading and a windswept hairstyle.

    I could imagine a tiny tear just spilling down from each eye. She is beautifully, and expressively drawn...

    Thanks for the super feedback Jeanette. I wanted to spill a tear but wasnt sure how to draw it yet lol. I'll work on that for the painted version x M
